2. Proof Required

- A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Order confirmation / Order ID
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products with broken seals
- Minor color, texture, or finishing variations
- Limited edition items
- Custom-made or made-to-order 3D printed products

4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Policy

6. Order Cancellation

- Surface texture
- Small layer lines (for 3D printed items)
These are normal characteristics of the production process and are not considered defects.
Important Notice
No returns or refunds will be accepted once the product seal is opened, unless supported by a valid unboxing video showing a defect or damage.
